Since 2017, Kathleen Boss has been designing exceptional living spaces, bringing extensive experience and passion to every project. Her design journey began in the vibrant magazine industries of New York and Los Angeles, where she developed a keen eye for design and a love for inspiring spaces. 

 

After relocating to Florida, Kathleen shifted her focus to the world of design full time, blending her editorial sensibilities with her passion for beautifully curated homes. This transition also led her to grow her real estate portfolio, which includes a diverse range of projects - from historic bungalows to luxurious estates - each transformed into stunning examples of refined craftsmanship and thoughtful design. With each sale, her projects have achieved new highs, adding significant value to the neighborhoods they’re part of. 

 

Alongside her design work, Kathleen has gained invaluable experience managing the construction process firsthand. Working closely with subcontractors and often acting as a general contractor for her personal investment properties, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of construction and project management. 

 

Although self-taught at the start, Kathleen has continued to expand her expertise, earning design certifications from the University of Miami. She has also attended Design Camp in Los Angeles and Empower the Designer in Miami, equipping her with the tools and techniques to bring clients’ visions to life with creativity and innovation. Kathleen’s work has earned the trust and admiration of clients who value her ability to elevate any space.
